How Our Dryers Work

Enjoy free WiFi while you wait, and feel free to grab a coffee or bite nearby!

Load Your Clothes

Place your clean laundry in the dryer and close the door securely. Be sure to check care labels—some items may prefer to air dry.

Select Time & Pay

At the Nayax payment station, select your desired drying time, then tap or swipe to pay. Once payment is complete, choose your desired temperature and hit start on the machine.

Fold & Go

Once the cycle finishes, remove your clothes and fold them while they’re still warm and fresh. That’s it — you’re good to go!

We’re open every day from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, so you can do your laundry whenever it suits you – early mornings or late evenings included!

Is LaundrLab staffed?

LaundrLab is a fully self-service laundromat, so there are no staff on-site. But don’t worry — everything is easy to use, and helpful instructions are posted around the space.

How do I pay for laundry services at LaundrLab?

We’re a cashless-only laundromat, making things simple and secure. You can pay using credit or debit cards, PayWave, or mobile wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I use coins or cash at LaundrLab?

No need to bring coins or cash — we’ve gone fully cashless for your convenience. Just tap or swipe and you’re good to go!

Do I need to bring my own detergent?

You’re welcome to bring your favourite detergent, or if you forget, we’ve got you covered — detergent is available from our vending machine on-site.

Are there different machine sizes available?

Absolutely! We have a range of washer and dryer sizes, including large-capacity machines perfect for bulky loads like duvets or blankets.

What should I do if a machine isn’t working?

If something’s not working quite right, report it here. Our team monitors everything remotely and will get on it ASAP.

Is there parking available at LaundrLab?

Yes! There’s free parking right outside the laundromat, so it’s easy to pop in and get your laundry done hassle-free.

Can I leave my laundry unattended?

You can step out while your laundry runs, but we recommend returning when it’s done. We can’t take responsibility for unattended items, and we want your things to stay safe!
