LaundrLab is a fully self-service laundromat, so there are no staff on-site. But don’t worry — everything is easy to use, and helpful instructions are posted around the space.

No need to bring coins or cash — we’ve gone fully cashless for your convenience. Just tap or swipe and you’re good to go!

You’re welcome to bring your favourite detergent, or if you forget, we’ve got you covered — detergent is available from our vending machine on-site.

Absolutely! We have a range of washer and dryer sizes, including large-capacity machines perfect for bulky loads like duvets or blankets.

If something’s not working quite right, contact us here report it. Our team monitors everything remotely and will get on it ASAP.

Yes! There’s free parking right outside the laundromat, so it’s easy to pop in and get your laundry done hassle-free.

You can step out while your laundry runs, but we recommend returning when it’s done. We can’t take responsibility for unattended items, and we want your things to stay safe!
